- From third parties by requesting the information directly from them
The purposes for which personal information is collected, held, used and disclosed:
- To identify you, potential other clients and associated representatives
- To identify any conflicts of interest in acting for certain clients, whether direct or perceived
- To provide our services to you efficiently and professionally
How you may access your personal information and seek its correction
- We do not charge a fee if you lodge a request for access to your personal information, however given the time involved in addressing such requests, we will charge reasonable administrative fees for providing a copy of the information.
