What We Do
How We Help Families Across Brisbane & the Gold Coast
Grant of Probate
If you’ve been named executor in a valid Will, we prepare the application, handle the Court requirements, and get you the authority to manage the estate.
Letters of Administration
When there’s no Will, or the named executor can’t act, we help eligible family members apply so the estate can be properly administered.
Executor Advice & Support
You’re legally responsible for getting this right. We give you step-by-step guidance so you can carry out your duties with confidence, not overwhelm.
Superannuation Death Benefit Claims
Super often sits outside the Will. We help you claim death benefits and make sure they reach the right people, the right way.
Liaising With Banks, Super Funds & Government
We handle the paperwork and the phone calls with financial institutions and agencies, so you’re not chasing the red tape alone.
Deceased Estate Advice & Support
Not sure where to start? We explain your responsibilities, map out the steps, and help you feel in control from day one.
Mobile Support
We Come to You - No Office Visits Required
You shouldn’t have to sit in a law firm waiting room while you’re grieving. Administering an estate is stressful enough without inconvenient appointments and time away from the people who need you.
We bring the expertise to you, whether that’s your home, the office, a hospital bedside, or a quiet cafe. From the first conversation to the final paperwork, everything happens on your terms.
No parking hassles. No taking a day off work. Just steady, compassionate support that fits around your life.

Your Questions Answered
What is estate administration?
It’s the legal process of managing and distributing someone’s assets after they’ve passed away, either under their Will or, if there’s no Will, under Queensland’s intestacy laws. We handle the legal side so you don’t have to navigate it alone.
Do I need a grant of probate?
Often, yes. Banks, super funds, and the land titles office usually need a grant of probate before they’ll release assets or transfer property. We’ll let you know quickly whether your estate needs one.
What's the difference between probate and letters of administration?
Probate applies when there’s a valid Will naming an executor. Letters of Administration apply when there’s no Will, or the named executor can’t act. We help with both, and we’ll explain which one fits your situation.
What does an executor actually have to do?
As executor, you’re responsible for gathering the assets, paying any debts, and distributing what’s left to the right people. It’s a real legal duty, and we guide you through each step so you get it right.
What if there's no Will?
The estate is still administered, just under Queensland’s intestacy rules, which set out who inherits. We help eligible family members apply for Letters of Administration and manage the process from there.
How long does estate administration take?
It varies with the size and complexity of the estate, but most take several months from start to finish. We keep things moving and keep you updated, so you’re never left wondering what’s happening.
How much does it cost?
We offer fixed fees where possible, so you know what to expect from the outset. For more complex estates we’ll give you a clear fee range upfront. No hidden costs, no surprises.
Can you help if I live interstate or overseas?
Yes. We work with executors and beneficiaries who can’t be here in person, handling the paperwork and the institutions remotely so distance isn’t a barrier.
What if a bank or super fund won't release the funds?
This is common, and it’s exactly the kind of thing we sort out. We deal directly with the banks, super funds, and government departments on your behalf to get things released properly.
Do I have to come to your office?
No. We’re a mobile team, so we come to you, at home, at the office, in hospital, or wherever suits. Get in touch and we’ll arrange a time that works for you.
Get the Legal Support Your Family Deserves
We’ll take care of the legal complexity so you can focus on what matters. Your family, your grief, and moving forward with peace of mind.
