- Meeting with you at the location of your choice (home, work, café, hospital etc) to take your instructions and meeting again for signing of legal documents. There is no extra charge for travel.
- Comprehensive estate planning advice covering asset protection, red flags for potential future issues/conflict, tax considerations and referrals to other trusted professionals where necessary.
- Advice on, preparation and lodgement of superannuation binding death benefit nominations – and reminders whenever yours needs to be renewed
- Review of previous and current Wills.
- Free storage of your Will in our firm’s safe custody vault.
