Kate Redman is the principal solicitor and director of Kate Redman & Associates, a boutique succession law firm serving clients across Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast.
Admitted as a solicitor in 2013, Kate brings over a decade of experience helping individuals and families navigate the legal and emotional complexities of estate planning, estate administration, and estate litigation.
Kate is known for her practical, down-to-earth advice and her ability to make even the most complex legal matters feel manageable and clear. She has represented clients on both sides of estate disputes, appeared in mediations, and helped hundreds of Queenslanders create legally sound, future-focused estate plans.
Driven by a desire to create a more personal, responsive, and compassionate legal service, Kate built a firm that meets clients where they are – both literally, through her mobile legal model, and emotionally, through genuine care and understanding.
Outside of work, Kate is a proud mum, a community advocate, and a passionate believer in making the law more accessible and human.
