• Relevant details from your financial planner and or accountant

• Details about your personal history, bank details, employment history

• Directly from individuals via phone, email, video call, text message or in writing

• From third parties by requesting the information directly from them

• From third parties when provided by them during the course of proceedings and negotiations

The purposes for which personal information is collected, held, used and disclosed:

• To identify you, potential other clients and associated representatives

• To identify any conflicts of interest in acting for certain clients, whether direct or perceived

• To provide our services to you efficiently and professionally

How you may access your personal information and seek its correction

• We do not charge a fee if you lodge a request for access to your personal information, however given the time involved in addressing such requests, we will charge reasonable administrative fees for providing a copy of the information.
